The One That Stacks Densest

The basket stack at a store entrance occupies prime selling floor and everybody resents it. This build answers that: a narrow base means a taller column of baskets in the same footprint, so the same number of baskets takes noticeably less of the entrance.

The same reasoning governs the container loading. Baskets are already the densest thing we ship, and a narrow base makes them denser still, which shows up as a smaller freight line on a large order and as a shorter bay at the door.

Nested Trolleys And Hand Baskets

Trolleys slide into one another and baskets stack. Past the first unit, each extra one adds only its nesting pitch instead of its full length, so the shipped volume ends up a fraction of what the unit count suggests.

Fully Assembled Counters

A checkout lane is welded, coated and fitted out as one piece, so it is crated whole with padding on the steel. Nothing waits to be assembled at the store beyond levelling it into the lane, and the crate is the counter plus a margin.

Baskets stack, which makes them the densest thing we ship. A column of nested baskets is close to solid plastic, so the freight cost per basket is a fraction of anything else in this catalogue — which is why baskets are almost always added to a container that is going anyway rather than shipped on their own. We do not publish litre capacities for this range. The figures circulating for it came from an old third-party listing rather than from our own production records, and they are being confirmed with the factory first.

Q01 Does the narrow base make it tip?

It is less stable when parked than the wide-base build, which is the direct trade. If your shoppers put the basket down constantly, take the wide base; if entrance floor is your constraint, take this one.

Q02 How much denser is the stack?

Meaningfully, because each basket sits deeper into the one below it. The exact stack pitch is confirmed on the packing list, and it is the number the freight is worked out on.

Q03 Does it hold less?

No — the body stays tall, so it is a narrower basket rather than a smaller one. That distinction is the reason this build exists rather than simply being a small basket.

Q04 Can we use it with the wide-base build in one bay?

They will nest together because the wall taper is constant, but mixing stack pitches in one bay wastes space. Keep them in separate bays if you run both.
