Twelve categories, and a store needs most of them: checkout counters, gondola shelving, produce racks, bulk food bins, grain racks, wine and tobacco showcases, bakery cases, promotion tables, ice fresh tables, deli counters, service desks, and trolleys and baskets. All of it is built on one site in Changshu.
Yes, and most orders are. Lengths, heights, timber colour and the internal configuration all follow your floor plan. What we hold fixed is the module — 850 mm at every checkout worktop, 1000 mm per shelving bay — because that is what keeps a nine-metre wall countable instead of drawn.
From a single convenience store to a full supermarket fit-out, and chain rollouts across several sites. Whole-store orders are the reason the plant runs steel, woodworking and stainless under one roof: the front end, the fresh zone and the centre store leave in the same finish.
Yes. There is no agent between you and the plant — the enquiry reaches the sales engineers who open the drawings. That is slower to start than buying from a stockist and cheaper per container, and it is the only way to hold one colour reference across every category on the order.
A floor plan, a floor area, or even a phone photo of a hand sketch. From that we work department by department and return a schedule counted in the unit each category is bought in — bays for shelving, lanes for checkout, groups for produce.
