A 25 kg rice sack does not belong on a shelf. It is heavy enough to bend one, awkward enough that lifting it down is a two-hand job, and shaped so it slumps against anything vertical. Sacks want a low platform they can be stacked on and dragged off, which is what this is: two stepped timber levels with a curved end, low enough to load from a pallet truck.
Loading is the specification that matters here and it is set against your actual sack weight rather than to a general figure. That is a real question we ask on every enquiry, because a platform built for 10 kg bags and one built for 50 kg bags are not the same fixture even though they look identical in a photograph.

No square corner
The end is radiused. A low platform sits at shin height and a square corner there is the one that gets walked into, which on a fixture this solid is worth avoiding.
Board over steel
Board deck over a steel frame. Sacks are dragged rather than lifted off, so the deck takes abrasion along its whole surface rather than at points, which is what the loading specification accounts for.
Sized to your sack weight
The frame under the deck is where the loading specification lives. A platform for 10 kg bags and one for 50 kg bags look identical in a photograph and are not the same fixture.

Shelving bays, produce islands and bulk cabinets travel as panels — uprights, shelves, back panels and plinths, strapped flat with bubble wrap on every component. They are built up on the shop floor, so the packing list and the assembly drawings travel with the goods.
This model
Trolleys slide into one another and baskets stack. Past the first unit, each extra one adds only its nesting pitch instead of its full length, so the shipped volume ends up a fraction of what the unit count suggests.
A checkout lane is welded, coated and fitted out as one piece, so it is crated whole with padding on the steel. Nothing waits to be assembled at the store beyond levelling it into the lane, and the crate is the counter plus a margin.
Grain racks flat pack as panels, bins and lids, so the container arithmetic runs on compartment count rather than on finished size. Two grain builds are on record — Grain Rack-Y01 in metal sheet with stainless board and Grain Rack-Y02 in 1.5 to 2.5 mm board — and neither is sold in a fixed size. The loading plan is worked from your compartment count and confirmed on the packing list.

It is built low for exactly that. Tell us the truck you use, because the deck height and the clearance underneath have to suit it — a platform that a truck cannot reach is a platform staff load by hand.
It depends whether your sacks are dusty or wet. Dry sacked rice on a board deck is fine; anything damp or leaking wants stainless, and that is a per store plan decision against your range.
It can, but each level up makes the sacks harder to lift and the platform harder to load. Two is where most stores land, and past three it stops being a sack platform and becomes shelving that sacks do not suit.
